Distribution policy

We distribute executable objects (for various computers) of the MCDFGME code freely to academic users. In this context, an academic user is defined as anyone doing research to be published in the open literature, and not doing proprietary research.

Before being eligible for download, a user must first sign a license agreement. The completed license agreement should be returned either:

- by mail to one of the two authors:

Jean-Paul Desclaux

15 Chemin du Billery

F-38360 SASSENAGE, France

Paul Indelicato

Laboratoire Kastler Brossel
Ecole Normale Supérieure et Université Pierre et Marie Curie
Case 74, 4 place Jussieu,
F-75252 PARIS Cedex 05, France

- by Fax to Paul Indelicato:  Fax  :  +33-1 44 27 38 45

- by e-mail as an attached file including a scan of your signature to one of the two authors:

jean-paul.desclaux@wanadoo.fr

paul.indelicato@spectro.jussieu.fr

For that purpose you want to download the Personal License Agreement available as a Word file in rtf format.

When the license agreement is received then, if you fulfill our conditions, we will send you an e-mail with a User-Id and a Password to access the download page to select one of the available executable files. The User-Id and Password are of course personal.

We require that all work submitted for publication that includes results obtained with the MCDFGME program cite it using the reference as given in the license agreement.

The authors of the program accept no responsibility for the performance of the code, nor the correctness of the results obtained. No support is given, but we hope to open a discussion group on this Web site for the users.
